Do I have to bring my own tools?
Only if you choose the "Self-Pull" option in the request form. If you choose our standard pulling services, our mechanics extract, label, clean, and pack the components for you so you can bypass the grease and heavy lifters.
How accurate are the drone scanner readings?
Our visual scanning telemetry reports have a 94% accuracy rate. The sensors catalog the external components and structural integrity. If a part has already been extracted by another customer, the drone spots the void on its next hourly sweep and updates the system immediately.
What happens if a part does not work?
We pre-test key mechanical parts (like starter alternators, compressors, and transmissions) on entry and log their readings. Pro members receive an automatic 30-day exchange warranty.
Can I request a part not shown in the search?
